Founded by Mr. Scott Ku in 1996, JEFF began as an envelope manufacturer in Guangzhou. In 2006 it relocated to Yangjiang, Guangdong, and established JEFF ENVELOPE MANUFACTURER (YANGJIANG) LTD. (registered capital USD 1.3M, plant area 150,000 sq ft, annual output USD 10M). In 2010 it rebranded as JEFF PACKAGING LIMITED to reflect its diversified packaging lines.
JEFF holds multiple patents, including a European patent for low-temperature hot-melt PE film coating. With 30+ automated production lines, annual capacity reaches 1.8 billion units. We are a qualified supplier of adhesive and postal packaging, including EU CashEDI / US FedCash-compliant security tamper-evident bags, security tapes, packing list envelopes, courier bags and adhesive dust mitts.
Our product range covers two lines: plastic (certified security cash bags, general security bags, packing list envelopes, poly mailers, tamper-evident seals) and paper (paper security bags, paper packing list envelopes, vinyl record sleeves, eco-friendly paper bags and custom paper packaging). We are ISO9001:2008 certified and listed by ICAO as a qualified STEB manufacturer and distributor.
